ABOUT THE MONOLOGUES
Hot Flashes, the menopause monologues was written by Helena Jevons between Lockdown and 2024, when it was turned into a podcast. It now exists to educate, entertain and exorcise ignorance around menopause and help women find their voices, useing writing to process their own journeys into perimenopause and beyond. We offer a unique blend of podcasts, live performances, and books that delve into the diverse experiences of menopause. Join us in breaking the taboo and embracing the unfiltered reality of this natural phase of life.

Tune in to our thought-provoking and entertaining podcasts where we share the monologues which cover the physical, emotional, mental and even psychospiritual aspects of menopause. Our diverse range of monologues ensure an engaging listening experience that empowers and informs.

There is one published collection of 48 menopause monologues and a second in the works, as well as a menopause tracking journal on the way.

We are working with a number of boutique drama studios to put on collection one of the menopause monologues. Please get in touch if you regarding rights if would like to do the same, or if you would like us to organise a writing or performance workshop with you.
